Psychotherapy sessions are 50 minutes in length.
What To Expect
Your courage to face your suffering is admirable. Let's break the intimidation and navigate the waters together. To start the process, will meet to discuss your needs and goals. In our first session, we will revise consent & confidentiality. Once completing the "house work", we will work together to develop a plan that caters to your holistic healing.
