COVID-19 SUPPORT

Shine Psychotherapy has officially launched televideo psychological services to support those affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. Sessions are offered virtually over the phone or via secure video platforms aligned with the Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA) standards. 

We realize how now more than ever, support is essential.

Individual Therapy

Shine's psychotherapy treatment includes the use of various trauma-informed skills pulled from the following frameworks: 

Mindfulness-based interventions (Mindfulness-Based Symptom Management, Mindfulness-integrated Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindful Self-Compassion)

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

Acceptance & Commitment Therapy

Internal Family Systems

Psychotherapy sessions are 50 minutes in length and cost $140+HST per session.


*Sliding scale prices available for those without private health insurance (unemployed or students), or for members of the BIPOC or 2SLGBTQIA+ communities.
